The Aerodynamic package has been developed using CFD - Computational Fluid Dynamics. This has allowed us to evaluate and improve the cars aero package without having to build a wind tunnel model. Once the car is built and we start track testing we will need to validate the results and correlate the CFD to real track data, it provides us with a very useful development tool and a detailed understanding of the racecars aerodynamics.
